Office for Policy and Communication compile and coordinates DTU's work with outward relations within:

• Policy developement 
• Communication 
• Funds
• International alliances 

Office for Policy and Communication is:

• Administrative supportfunction for the board of directors and for members of the board in selected specific projects
• Responsible for the internal and external communication at DTU 
• Responsible for the administrative contact to funds
• Maintains and developes the webpage of DTU 

• Maintains and developes portalen.dtu.dk 

• Produce press releases 
• Responsible for recruitment of potential students  
• Publish the newspaper DTU Avisen and the profile magazine Dynamo
• Publish the catalogue of studies 
• Organize Open House days   
• Responsible for DTU’s design
