DTU Symbion Innovation (DSI) is a state-sponsored innovation environment, investing in research-based companies in the very early stages (pre-seed and seed).
DTU Symbion Innovation offers entrepreneurs access to an organisation which encompasses all the resources and competences necessary in order to go from idea to a commercially interesting business.
This involves being active investors in the businesses in which DSI invest. DSI participate at board level, and draw on all resources available in DSI's support base, and deliver the necessary infrastructure related to the businesses. This means that entrepreneurs can safely leave administrative, legal and accounting matters to others and instead concentrate on their own strong points.
