Department of Environmental Engineering performs research and consulting within environment and environmental technology at the highest international level. We develop qualified, sustainable solutions, which prevent and reduce environmental damages caused by human activity.
We cover the topics environmental technology, water resources, soli- and groundwater pollution, microbial ecology, bioenergy, ecotoxicology, environmental chemistry, hydrodynamics and petrophysics.
The Department has a broad competence and a multidisciplinary approach to solution of complex environmentally related problems, and collaborates with numerous Danish and international partners. The Department has up-to-data and well equipped research laboratories.
