The Life Science PhD committee involves the largest number of PhD schools at DTU. This gives the program a wide range in academic content and affiliated PhD schools.
Therefore the PhD students in one of the five PhD schools under this programme have many opportunities to do research in a variety of different fields. Among the main fields of research within this programme can be mentioned: Nutrition and Health, Medical Chemistry, Food Technology, Biomedical Microbiology, Veterinary and Enviromental research.
