In my phd-project I work with prevention of Salmonella infections in a murine model. In short, I'm investigating whether dietary fibres and/or probiotics (beneficial bacteria) can be used to reduce the invasion potential of Salmonella and for this I use Flow Cytometry, Cellsorting, PCR and FISH.
