DsC (dr.med.vet.) in Veterinary Science from 2012, and PhD in
Food Science and Nutrition. Professor in food microbiology at
Diagnstic Engineering Group, National Food Institute. Has since
1990 worked with the development of serological and microbiological
detection of foodborne zoonotic pathogens. Has extensive
training in project management and has coordinated several large
EU, industrial and Nordic research projects.
