| A wide range of courses are offered as part of the programme. The courses are devided within the following groups:
• Technological specialisation courses
• General competence courses
• Elective courses
Technological specialization courses
Together with the master thesis the technological specialization courses constitute the basis for the attainment of professional core competence within wind energy.
The list of technological specialization courses can be found in the Study Handbook
General competence courses
The general competence courses have a broad scope, and the courses will ensure that a range of capabilities relevant for the programme will be achieved. The courses will cover:
• A generalist point of view, where technology combined with economics, management, organization and project and where technology is considered from a perspective of business and society. • A synthesis point of view, focuses on working with an open problem and where (interdisciplinary) teamwork is an essential element • A norm setting point of view, where a common identity of the programme is established.
The list of technological specialization courses can be found in the Study Handbook
Elective courses
The primary objective of the elective courses is to provide opportunity to either specialise further in wind energy, complement with courses in general subjects such as mathematics, physics, programming, economics, management etc. or with subjects from affiliated programmes. |
