Decisions made by the university according to the Ministerial Order on the PhD Programme and on the PhD degree, No. 18 of 14 January 2008, may be brought before the Danish University and Property Agency if the complaint concerns non-compliance with applicable (legal) rules. The complaint should be submitted to the university which will prepare a statement to which the complainant must be given the opportunity to make comments within a deadline of one week. The university shall forward the complaint to the Agency accompanied by the statement and any comments from the complainant.
Decisions by the Danish University and Property Agency cannot be brought before a higher administrative entity.
