Maternity/paternity leave

The Office for PhD and Continuing Education, must be informed of maternity leave no later than three months before expected birth and paternity leave not later than four weeks before expected birth. PhD students employed at DTU must at the same time inform the Office for HR, Personnel Administration, of the maternity/paternity leave. PhD students are covered by the maternity/paternity regulations that apply to all employees at DTU. DTU's guidelines regarding these matters can be found at Portalen under the Office for HR (only accessible to DTU employees and students).
