In addition to salary, the grantor must pay/grant a tuitionto DTU covering the costs connected directly with the studies. These include:
• Supervision
• Office facilities
• Laboratory facilities
• Courses
• Travelling
• Stay(s) abroad, if any
• Censorial expenses
• Publication of thesis
Calculations and the size of the tuition fee are exemplified in the “Financial Guide” which can be obtained here (only available to DTU employees and students and only in Danish).
The tuition fee is administered by the department.
