Arctic Technology Field Course

Period: July 30 - August 17, 2012.

Departure from Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) to Greenland is Monday July 30, 7am, so be sure to arrive to Copenhagen before this time e.g. Sunday 29th.

 

Application Deadline: March 31st, 2012

 

Number of ECTS: 5

Price: €800. This includes travel between Copenhagen and Greenland as well as accommodation and food in Sisimiut, Greenland.

 

Objective of Course

Through practical work on a real life problem the student will learn about issues pertinent to the arctic region within one or more of the areas of civil engineering, energy and environmental engineering.

 

Prerequisite Qualifications

One or more courses in the field the student wants to study in an Arctic context. Both students on BSc and MSc level may apply

 

Contents of Course
