MATLS - Multivariate Analysis for the Technical and Life Sciences - is a NEW cross departmental DTU Network representing the united DTU expertise within multivariate data analysis with special emphasis on life science and technical applications.
The network is anchored in FoodDTU but with activitites far beyond food research. It has unique mixture of generic informatics competences with subject matter and instrumental competences.
The former is represented by a broad range of participants from several DTU Informatics Sections. The latter is represented by participants from several DTU Institutes: Informatics, Aqua, Systems Biology, Chemical Engineering, the National Food Institute and Photonic Engineering. United MATLS covers among other the following topics:
- Chemometrics
- Chemical Engineering
- Data Mining
- Proteomics
- Process Control
- Flourescence
- Image Analysis
- Systems Biology
- Multispectral Imaging
- Chemoinformatics
