DTU is Denmark’s leading centre for research-based public sector consultancy. We offer valuable research-based consultancy in the university’s core areas of specialisation. The food science section at DTU is a top-class international knowledge and skills centre.

 

DTU is the source of a very large share of the consultancy that Danish authorities use in their day-to-day work. All our consultancy work is based on research in technology, natural sciences, life sciences, social sciences, and the interplay between these fields.

 

Food-related research conducted at DTU supports public sector consultancy in a number of areas:
