Automation and Control are enabling technologies in society and industry. Everyday operations in households, production and distribution become ever more automated and society depends heavily on availability of the services offered by automated systems. Therefore, availability, safety and reliability of automated systems have been chosen as the
focus area of the Automation and Control Group at DTU.
We strive to:
- be among the internationally leading institutions in selected fields
- have a visible international position in selected fields (measured by publications, citation and international applications and projects)
- maintain an international network in selected fields (measured by visitors and joint publications)
- disseminate results and competencies to society.
