After having received your MSc degree you may consider a PhD study leading to exiting and challenging job opportunities in the energy business and the research world. You’ll get the opportunity to occupy yourself with problems and technologies of great immediate interest, and you may contribute to the scientific development of the field of electric technology.
A strong environment
The PhD students at Centre for Electric Technology normally cooperate closely with one or more companies and/or international research institutions, eg a cooperation project or as an employed PhD in a company including industrial PhD. You will be deeply rooted in a strong professional environment both inside and outside DTU. As a CET PhD student you will be part of a unique professional and social network within the research school EnergyLabDK. You will have a large network of students, and you will be invited to technical arrangements, where guest researchers will give lectures, PhD courses etc.
PhD projects offered
CET offers PhD projects in relation to the centre’s main research activities within the electric technology field. We currently offer new PhD projects, so you are always welcome to contact the centre’s staff to discuss your opportunities. If you have a proposal for a research subject, you are also very welcome to contact us for a discussion. You can see our current PhD project offers here.
