Nine research projects receive DKK 150 million from Innovation Fund Denmark

Energy Environment and pollution Transport and logistics
DTU heads nine out of the 15 research projects that will receive funding from Innovation Fund Denmark.

DTU is heading nine out of the 15 research projects on sustainable energy and environment, which will receive millions in funding from Innovation Fund Denmark. DTU participates in an additional two projects. The nine projects will receive a total of DKK 150 million out of the DKK 260 million allocated by Innovation Fund Denmark for energy research.

Innovation Fund Denmark's investments in strategic research within sustainable energy and environmental technology is a substantial contribution to the technological development which is necessary if Denmark is to live up to the goal of completely phasing out fossil energy sources by 2050, and to strengthen the development of new environmental Technologies.
