DTU among the ten most innovative universities in Europe

DTU has moved up five spots on ‘Reuters Top 100: Europe’s Most Innovative Universities’ and now ranks as #9 in Europe and #1 in the Nordic Countries*

Three of DTU’s partner universities in the Eurotech Universities alliance are also listed: Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) is ranked #4, Technical University of Munich (TUM) is #6, and Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) is #23.

The two Danish universities: University of Copenhagen and Aarhus University are ranked as #43 and #84, respectively.

The list ranks institutions that have filed at least 50 patents in the period between 2011 and 2016. Other indicators used to compile the ranking are:
