Abstract:
In this seminar I talk about journal publication from the point-of-view of the editor, and I explain the steps that a paper will undergo, from it is submitted until it is published. Based on my experience, I explain what happens during the review process, how I select reviewers, how I make my decision about the paper, etc. I also give some useful advice related to this process.
