1. Regarding the high level of all contributions, we are not going to make any distinction between Oral and Poster presentations given at the workshop. Everyone is encouraged to write and submit their original contribution
2. All papers should be submitted on-line via the Springer's Editorial Manager. Contributors shall personally submit their papers to Springer's electronic system, and choose the article type "Special Issue OWTNM 2007". Submission rules and guidance for authors can be found on OQE official Web page. http://www.editorialmanager.com/oqel/default.asp
3. All papers will be reviewed by referees appointed by the Guest Editors.
4. The deadline for submission is strictly the 15th of July. The process of reviewing-revision-selection has to be completed by October 31, 2007.
