We invite for contributions within all aspects of life cycle based approaches
The symposium focuses on the use of the life cycle approach for strategic decision making with the aim to transform production and consumption for sustainability. This involves all aspects of life cycle based approaches, e.g. LCA (process and IO based), ecodesign, design for environment, environmental product declarations, and other approaches. The scope also includes methods and practices for combining LCA results with economic and social considerations.
The symposium will focus on the following application themes and we ask contributors to submit abstracts within these:
1. Ecodesign practices and tools
2. Experiences with Carbon Footprint and LCA
3. Green building initiatives
4. Sustainable food and agriculture
5. Information and communication technology
6. Industrial case studies for improving green economy

Platform and Poster Presentations
The symposium program includes invited keynote presentations as well as platform and poster presentations. The official language of the meeting is English.
