The deadline for the registration with early registration fee is 10 August, 2011. All participants must fill in the online registration form.

The registration fee includes the symposium material, refreshments during the symposium, lunch (Friday) and the symposium dinner. Accommodation or travel expenses are not included in the fee. When registering, please inform about special diets and possible food allergies. Instructions on the payment of the registration fee will be sent to your e-mail address after the registration.
In order to claim the student discount, applicants must present proof of full time enrolment at a degree granting university or college for the academic year 2010–2011. A photocopy of your current student card or a letter from your departmental administration must be sent to
Cancellation Policy
Until 10 August, 2011:
Full refund minus 50 € cancellation fee
Between 11 August and 9 September, 2011:
Refund of 50 % of fees paid
After 9 September, 2011: No refund
