The project partners are the Technical University of Denmark and the University of Copenhagen.
The project leader is Mogens Fosgerau, DTU, Department of Transport.
The contributions from University of Copenhagen are headed by Lars Peter Østerdal and Bertel Schjerning – both from the Department of Economics.
A number of PhD-students and Post Docs will be attached to the project.
A national reference group consisting of representatives from various ministries, including Finance, Taxation and Transport, will be set up. This group participates in project workshops. The national reference group serves as a contact point for the exchange of information between the project and the political system.
A scientific reference group consisting of Erik Verhoef, Anders Karlstrom, and André de Palma will be set up. This group provides advice to the project on all levels ranging from discussion of the general research strategy to individual feedback to project participants.
