Uddannet biokemiker der er gået fra det våde til det tørre laboratorie. Jeg kombinere min baggrund i mikrobiologi, vira, plasmider og bioinformatik. Jeg benytter hovedsageligt metagenom sekventering til at forstå mikrobiom evolution og rollen af plasmider og vira i denne evolution. Jeg anvender min nyfundne viden til at bedre forstå biologiske emner af interesse for samfundet, såsom antibiotika resistens og sygdomme som f.eks astma.
