Concept for scientific advice

DTU’s concept for scientific advice centres on creating the administrative and academic framework that allows the university to become preferred supplier of scientific advice in the fields of technical and natural sciences and life science.

DTU prioritises partnerships founded on a professional and academic basis. This is assured by the DTU contract concept which clearly lays out the division of responsibility and obligations between the parties.

DTU places very high quality requirements on the academic deliveries in its scientific advice, which must constantly accommodate the authorities’ complex and acute needs. The high quality requirements are addressed in the DTU quality concept for scientific advice.

The DTU Policy for scientific advice lays down DTU’s overarching goals and means for maintaining and developing the university’s scientific advice activities. Here you will also find DTU’s contract and quality concepts for scientific advice.
