Introduction week at DTU

Arrivals and orientations

If you have symptoms of covid-19, you must not attend DTU. You need to stay at home. Symptoms may include dry cough, high temperature, difficulty breathing, headache, muscle aches and sore throat. Also, stay at home if you are in doubt about whether or not you are sick.

International Student Services offers a host of arrival and orientation services for new international and exchange students, as well as for domestic students starting their masters’ programme. Read more about our services, and sign up, in the info boxes below.


Arrival Days

Date: 20th– 22nd August

Arrival Day Guides will be placed at strategic travel hubs, to ensure you are directed to your destination in the most stress-free way possible.

Aimed at new, International and Exchange students, welcome day aims to onboard participants onto Danish culture, DTU Study Culture and DTU Campus and services.

Introduction Week – Masters Programmes

Date: 24th-27th August

Starting your masters’ programmes with social and academic networking can be a hugely important element in your studies. Introduction Week offers a programme designed to accommodate a social and academic networking environment across cultures, disciplines and backgrounds. The programme is aimed at domestic, international students, with a parallel programme designed for exchange students.
