The world champion ecocar team received the diploma from Senior Vice President – Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Marianne Thellersen, along with the other teams at the opening of the Blue Dot exhibition.

The opening event for the exhibition of the Blue Dot projects at DTU Library took place Friday 30th October, and for the first time all the projects are shown together. The exhibition can be seen until Monday 30th November. The purpose of the Blue Dot projects is to let students at DTU acquire practical skills solving engineering problems. The projects must have a practical application, and they are often part of competitions. The Blue Dot projects are interdisciplinary and they demand a high level of team spirit and cooperation between different engineering disciplines. The engineering solutions must be for the greater good of society and create sustainable solutions.

Other Blue Dot projects are: DTU Solar Decathlon, DTU RoboCup, DTU Biobuilders, DTU Brewhouse and DTUSat.
