The new master’s programme will get underway in the spring of 2022 when the first two courses commence.

Watch this video to find out what the programme has to offer and how it can benefit you:

During the two-year, research-based programme, the students will work with different aspects related to sustainability and food safety throughout the production chain. The programme is structured so that students can relate the new knowledge to their daily work.

The lecturers expect the programme to attract students from around the world. This will provide the students with an opportunity to expand their professional networks internationally. The programme consists of six mandatory courses and a Master project. Students can also follow single subject courses.

Courses are taught online with annual “conferences” held in Denmark, providing the students with an opportunity to meet each other and the lecturers in person. The course is taught in English. Prospective students should assess whether their English skills are sufficient to be able to complete the programme.
