Henning Heiselberg holds a PhD in Physics 1987 and BSc in Mathematics from University of Aarhus, Denmark. Postdoc at Niels Bohr Institue and Univ. of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Staff Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley Lab in California. Nordic associate prof. at Nordic Institute of Theorectical Physics. Adjoint prof. at Univ. of South Denmark. Senior Scientist at Danish Defense Research for 15 years including New Fighter Program in MoD. Research interests range from a number of topics within physics from nuclear astrophysics to quantum manybody systems, and sensor technology in general (see 120 publications in Orchid). Center for Security DTU function as a contact point between all departments at DTU to defense and security industry and public authorities. The center facilitates research & development of technology at DTU as well as consultancy, education, and collaborations with industry and authorities.
