Travel and arrival from abroad for students

[Updated 02.04.] Specific travel restrictions  applicable until 20 April (may be extended): 

  • You need documentation that states, that you have been tested negative for COVID-19 within 24 hours of boardig the plane.
  • You need to documentation that states, that you have a worthy purpose or a residence permit to be allowed to enter Denmark.
  • Being accepted to a Danish University is temporarily suspended as a worthy purpose.
  • Persons traveling to Denmark after staying abroad are subject to the requirement to be tested after entry into Denmark. In addition, the entrant must go into isolation for 10 days with the option of shortening the isolation by a negative PCR test taken no earlier than the fourth day after the time of entry into Denmark.
