PhD student with focus on sustainability and new uses of waste streams. I have worked with multiple plant-based waste streams to characterize and produce healthy, clean-label products. I furthermore have a background in large scale fermentations (up to 500L) and R&D for production and harvest of human gut bacteria for probiotica.
