Iben Stjerne is an Associate Professor in Leadership, Work and Organizational Psychology. In my work, I aim at developing new knowledge and practices that challenge our understanding of how time and temporality as a mode of organizing changes work. To mention a few well known examples work coordinated aorund predefined deadlines in projects and event and agile where sprints and iterations changes the entire startegy flow in the organization.
