Areas of expertise

Working with integrated surveillance of zoonoses in Denmark; responsible for the collection, analysing and presenting of data from Stable-to-Table, editor of the Annual Report of Zoonoses in Denmark since 2004. National reporting officer on zoonoses to European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) and the Danish representative in the task force on Zoonoses data collection in EFSA. Since 2005, part of in the zoonoses collaborating centre (ZCC) for EFSA, contributing with validation and analysing of data, writing of pathogen chapters, as well as carrying editorial work. In 2008-2009, I was leader of ZCC Participate in teaching activities in SCANCO courses about integrated surveillance under the topic ‘better training for safer food’ as well as EU workshops as a Danish TAIEX expert.
