Ekspertise

I perform scientific advice and research within food safety related to migration of chemical substances from food contact materials (FCM). The work focus on evaluation of migrating substances from different materials with the aim to assess the human exposure of these chemials as part of the risk assessment. 

The work includes:

Running of national projects on chemical food safety of food contact materials in cooperation with the National Food Administration and with the Danish EPA

Given scientific scietific advice within risk assessment and chemical food safety of food contact materials to national bodies and industry 

Traning of university students and in EU BTSF programmes

Membership of EFSA Scientific Network on food contact materials (FIP)
