Facts

AP Pension, as the project developer, has entered into a design-and-build contract with Raundahl & Moesby for the construction of the new building. The facility will comprise approximately 11,700 m² of gross floor area, in addition to rooftop technical installations and ground-level utility buildings.

The project has been designed by CEBRA, with NIRAS providing engineering services and Rambøll acting as client adviser.

The project is supported by Novo Nordisk A/S and the Novo Nordisk Foundation. It has been developed in close collaboration with the Campus Kalundborg Association, which works closely with the six future tenants, local businesses, and Kalundborg Municipality.
