Chirag Hinduja has a diverse set of research and technical skills. During his Master's at IIT Bombay, he developed a deeper understanding of boiling heat transfer. During his PhD at the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research in Germany, he worked on applied and fundamental research problems in the field of wetting. His remarkable contribution is the design and development of Scanning Drop Friction Force Microscopy. This instrument is being commercially developed in association with KRUSS GmbH, Hamburg. Currently, as a postdoc at the Technical University of Denmark, he is exploring and developing a deeper understanding of eukaryotic cell motility.
