My research focuses on Mathematical Programming and Optimization under Uncertainty, with emphasis on developing robust and risk-aware methods that ensure reliable solutions for critical infrastructure planning and operations. I work at the intersection of stochastic programming, robust optimization, machine learning, and decomposition algorithms to create practical decision support systems for complex real-world problems. My methodological contributions centre on integrating predictive and prescriptive analytics, handling endogenous uncertainty, and developing efficient solution methods for large-scale optimization problems. These approaches are designed to address decision problems where uncertainty and risk considerations are critical to determining optimal strategies. My application domains include energy systems planning and operations, process systems optimization, supply chain management, and humanitarian logistics. I focus more strongly on energy systems and process industries, where reliable decision-making under uncertainty is critical for infrastructure resilience and operational efficiency.
