Hanna Krauth's research examines how organizations and individuals navigate sustainability, technological, and organizational transformations in work and mobility contexts. She is particularly interested in the processes through which new practices and processes emerge and become embedded in organizations, with a focus on topics such as pro-environmental employee behavior, mobility, teleworking, workplace relocation, and technology implementation. As a qualitative researcher, she primarily uses interviews and case studies to explore how people experience and interpret sustainable change in everyday organizational settings. Her methodological interests include ethnographic approaches that provide deeper insights into organizational practices, interactions, and processes of change.
