Design for Sustainability Design-Based Research Digital Learning Architectures Engineering education Engineering Design Circular Economy
Senior Postdoctoral Researcher in Engineering Design and Pedagogy at DTU Construct (Section of Design for Sustainability) specializing in digital learning architectures, circular economy integration, and competence development across higher education and industry contexts. Working at the intersection of Design-Based Research (DBR), organizational sensemaking, and reflective practice, my research investigates how learners and institutions build systemic capabilities for sustainability transitions. Within the EU-project 3D-CIRCULAR, I research digital educational frameworks while supporting teachers' training for the 3 master programs in Digital Circular Economy. My work aims to bridge market needs and educational practices to foster reflective, future-ready mindsets and identities.
