I am an Associate Professor in the Transport Division at the Department of Technology, Management and Economics, DTU. My main research interests are in the design and assessment of solutions for equitable, efficient, and sustainable mobility. Equity and fairness are central themes in my current research agenda. More specifically, my work centers around fiscal or economic instruments for network management (such as tradable permits, congestion pricing and incentives), as well as emerging transport modes and services (demand responsive transit, shared mobility, etc.). I develop and apply methods from static and dynamic transportation network equilibria, real-time dynamic traffic assignment, and activity- and agent-based simulation.
