On Tuesday 18 December 2018, PhD student Ronja Maja Malinowski from Center for Hyperpolarization in Magnetic Resonance succesfully defended her PhD on  dDNP as a method to assess altered cellular metabolism in vitro.

In his PhD thesis, Christian demonstrates how hyperpolarization can be used the increase the sensitivity of single scan solution 13C-NMR with up to four orders of magnetitude.

Young researchers to strengthen DTU Chemistry

The Department has decided to strengthen its position significantly within both organic and inorganic chemistry. This means that six talented young researchers have been offered permanent employment at DTU Chemistry as associate or assistant professors. Two of them, Kira Astakhova and Luca Laraia, are recruited externally.
