With the slogan "Circrete builds tomorrow's cities with yesterday's concrete", Luise Charlotte Dennin and Annika Bang Thomsen address one of the major problems with the recycling of concrete in the construction industry. Their idea is a groundbreaking proposal for reusing existing concrete slabs from floor separations, which makes it attractive for the construction industry and investors to implement recycling.
Luise Charlotte Dennin and Annika Bang Thomsen won the 'The Bright Idea' award in the early-stage category. The award comes with a statuette and DKK 250,000.
