New Internship and Project Bank

DTU now has a new meeting place for study programme projects and internship notices.

The Internship and Project Bank is a new matchmaking website that makes it simple for companies, organizations and DTU students to enter to working relationships. All students looking for a project for their BSc exam or thesis can access the database, while BEng students can use it to find an internship for the mandatory part of their programme.

"We can use the Internship and Project Bank to launch projects and internships that will generate value for both our company and the students involved."
Stig Helveg, Senior Researcher at Haldor Topsøe

Students, companies and lecturers can all post notices in the Internship and Project Bank, and all users can browse through existing opportunities and seek specific types of students, or specific branches, companies and projects. The business community is delighted with the new site.

“We can use the Internship and Project Bank to launch projects and internships that will generate value for both our company and the students involved,” says Stig Helveg, Senior Researcher at Haldor Topsøe.

As a company, Haldor Topsøe places great emphasis on the opportunities that arise from partnerships with students:

“For us, working with DTU’s students is quite simply a helping hand in tackling some of the problem issues, experiments and analyses we take on for customers all over the world,” he says.
For students, the partnership with companies is an opportunity to build up their first, crucial network before completing their studies.

The site is live and operates from the address projektbank.dtu.dk/en. Student jobs are still listed in DTU’s job bank.
