2,600 guests flocked to DTU for Open House on Thursday, 3 March.
DTU's Assembly Hall was filled to capacity when prospective students and budding engineers got a taste of what ii is really like to study at the University during their visit to the Open House.
They had come to learn more about what DTU has to offer and were blown away by drones, robots, advanced chemistry experiments, floating airships and helium balloon animals mingling with armies of students in red DTU-shirts who were out in force to share their enthusiasm for their education with anyone willing to listen.
Over 30 different study programmes were represented and had set up stalls in the Assembly Hall, creatively and innovatively vying for attention and imparting their enthusiasm for science and learning. And throughout the day, students and faculty conducted guided tours to laboratories and auditoriums on DTU’s twin campuses in Lyngby and Ballerup.
