The Green Entrepreneur at Risø Campus opened its doors on 1 September 2013.
The Green Entrepreneur is located in existing buildings at Risø Huse on Frederiksborgvej 1 and is run by Scion DTU in partnership with several others. Here green businesses can rent space for a time or simply participate in activities—e.g. workshops or mentor programmes—exploiting the researchers’ and each other’s knowledge of sustainable technologies and green business models.
Users gain easy access to a prototype workshop and test and demonstration facilities at Risø Campus, among other places. The first 20 businesses are moving into the Green Entrepreneur, which officially opens on 27 September
