Three external members for The Board of Governors at DTU
DTU is looking for three new external board members as of January 1, 2025. The search committee invites qualified candidates to apply until October 21, 2024.

At least one of the three new board members must have experience as a recognized researcher.
In addition, the new external members must have significant board experience, knowledge, and experience in public-private partnerships across sectors, strategic positioning of organizations in society, transformative processes in sustainability and digitalization, and an understanding of academia.
The Board of Governors is responsible for the strategic management of the university and will develop DTU's future university strategy in 2025.
The Board of Governors is composed of internal and external members. The external board members collectively have experience and insight into university education, research, research-based consultancy, innovation, management, organization, finance, and universities in an international context.
From January 1, 2025, in addition to the three new external members, the board will consist of

External members: Henrik Clausen (TDC NET), Ulrik Juul Christensen (Area9)
Internal members: Elected among DTU's students and employees
