I am a nutrition and sustainability scientist with international experience in research, teaching, and program management. I work at the interface of nutrition, sustainability and food systems. I focus on advancing healthier and more climate-friendly food processing, formulation, and dietary patterns by integrating nutrition science with environmental assessment. My research also examines how processing, fermentation, and formulation influence nutrient quality, bioactive compounds, and consumer acceptance, supporting the transition toward sustainable diets without compromising health, taste, or cultural relevance. Committed to science with real-world impact, I collaborate across academia, industry, and public institutions to accelerate the green transition and promote evidence-based dietary strategies that benefit both the population and the planet.
