CAD MSc Education Concrete Structures Fire Safety Building Design
Special competences: Structural design, Concrete structures, Building design, Fire safety, CAD, Theory of science, Department management, Teaching and Education management. Research in Structural design, CAD and Fire Safety, especially Fire safety of concrete structures. Inventor of a new principle for making concrete structures and of a sea wave power plant. Has experience as a consulting engineer making load-bearing building structures for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia (architect Henning Larsen), for The Royal Theatre in Copenhagen (architect Nils Koppel) and for a number of other projects. Experience as a consultant on structural fire safety of buildings and developing Danish and European structural codes and guidelines. Experience from teaching and from making the MSc education in Civil Engineering at DTU from scratch and taking initiative to the Master Education in Fire Safety.
