Iben Stjerne is an Associate Professor in Leadership, Work and Organizational Psychology. Her key research interests are organizational temporality, Leadership and organizational work Her research focuses on how time and temporality influence organizations. For example how temporariness in projects, and Iterations in agile methodologies changes organizational practices. Iben has contributed significantly to the field through her work on temporary organizing, open strategy, strategic practice drift, and the role of narratives in addressing societal grand challenges. Her research has been published in several high-impact journals and booksShe is also actively involved in projects related to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, aiming to create a positive impact on society.Her work is characterized by a strong emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration, ethnographic methdology, and practical application in close collaboration with industry partners.
