DTU CareerWeek 2026 - Program

Below is an overview of the formats your company can participate in and contribute to during DTU CareerWeek. Each format includes a short introduction and pricing information.

Please note: To participate in DTU CareerWeek your company must be open to hiring international students residig in Denmark – nearly 50% of our Master’s students are internationals.

Application deadline: 12th June 2026

We emphasize that we cannot guarantee participation in DTU CareerWeek 2026 regardless of how many or few formats you apply for. Confirmation emails will be sent to selected companies late june.

Participation in DTU CareerWeek 2026 ensures company exposure at central locations across DTU as well as through digital marketing campaigns targeting all DTU students.

RECRUITMENT TIPS & TRICKS

DTU Lyngby Campus // 2-4 companies selected

Date and time: 9th Nov (1.5 hour lunch or evening spot)

Price: 18.000DKK

Give a 30-minute presentation in English on a central stage at DTU about your company's recruitment process. Share how you identify the right candidates based on their CV and application, whether you use tests, and how students can best apply unsolicited. Highlight what makes your recruitment process unique. 

After the presentation, you will have the opportunity to network with students and engage in informal conversations about your company and career opportunities.  

REKRUTTERING TIPS & TRICKS

DTU Ballerup Campus // 1-2 virksomheder udvælges

Dato og tidspunkt: 12. nov (1.5 ved frokosttid)

Pris: 18.000DKK

Giv en 30-minutters præsentation om jeres virksomheds rekrutteringsproces. Fortæl, hvordan I identificerer de rette kandidater ud fra deres CV og ansøgning, om I anvender test og hvordan studerene bedst kan sende uopfordrede ansøgninger. Fremhæv, hvad der gør jeres rekrutteringsproces unik.

Efter præsentationen vil I have mulighed for at netværke med de studerende og indgå i uformelle samtaler om jeres virksomhed og karrieremuligheder. 

CAREER BAZAAR

DTU Lyngby Campus //  25-50 companies selected

Date and time: 10th Nov (11:00-16:00 incl. break)

Price: 10.000DKK for larger companies / 7.000DKK for smaller companies

Our popular Career Bazaar allows you to meet DTU students at your company stall, which includes space for one roll‑up banner. Engage in dialogue about career opportunities in your company. Participation requires posting at least one student job in DTU Career Hub prior to the event.

Add on for 2.000DKK / 1.000DKK: 10-minute general presentation on a central stage close to the Career Bazaar.

COFFEE MEETINGS

DTU Lyngby Campus //  5-10 companies selected

Date and time: 11th Nov (10:00-16:00 incl. break)

Price: 14.000DKK

Engage in pre-booked 1:1 networking with students. Make yourself available for short coffee meetings where students can discuss your company and potential career paths. An excellent opportunity to meet talented students informally, help them practice job‑search skills, and identify promising candidates. Each meeting lasts 20 minutes. A seating arrangement will be provided for one conversation at a time as well as a high table for quick chats with passers-by.

KAFFEMØDER (PRAKTIKFOKUS)

DTU Ballerup Campus //  5-10 virksomheder udvælges

Dato og tidspunkt: 12. nov (10:00-16:00 inkl. pause)

Pris: 14.000DKK

1:1‑netværk med diplomingeniørstuderende. Gør jer tilgængelige for studerende, der kan booke jer til korte kaffemøder og få en personlig dialog om ingeniørpraktik i jeres virksomhed. Dette format giver jer en unik mulighed for at møde potentielle praktikanter, som søger 20‑ugers fuldtidspraktik og kan bidrage med konkrete løsninger til jeres ingeniørfaglige opgaver. Kaffemøderne foregår i uformelle rammer, hvor studerende kan udforske praktikmuligheder og I kan spotte relevante kandidater tidligt i processen.
Hvert kaffemøde varer 20 minutter for at sikre en fokuseret og personlig oplevelse. Vi stiller et cafébord til rådighed med plads til én samtale ad gangen såvel som et højbord, der giver mulighed for at snakke med forbipasserende.

MOCK INTERVIEW

DTU Lyngby Campus // 1-2 companies selected

Conduct a fictitious job interview in English on a central stage at DTU to give students insight into how interviews are conducted in your company. Demonstrate typical questions you might ask, as well as questions students could appropriately ask you.
This format allows you to discuss interview do’s and don’ts and provide a unique look into your organization and career pathways. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to network and engage in informal conversations with students and potential candidates.
