International Summer University

DTU welcomes international guest students to join DTU Summer University in one of the three teaching periods in June, July, and August, respectively. Each period lasts three weeks.

Summer University DTU courses

The Summer University DTU programme offers courses with instruction entirely in English for BSc and MSc students of engineering or related natural science programmes.

Find the courses in the course database at courses.dtu.dk. Search on the Course Term 'Summer University' for details on courses in June, July, and August. You can also search on the individual months.

Each course is taught on an intensive, full-time basis and for three weeks in either June, July, or August. The exam for each course is at the end of the three weeks.

If you are a student from a partner university

As an international student from a DTU partner university, you are invited to come to DTU for a 1-3 months period during which you will follow one or more of the offered Summer University DTU courses. Students who are accepted for the Summer University programme will be able to sign up for courses from 1 to 15 May.

As an alternative to regular courses, you are welcome to do project work. If you wish to pursue this option, please contact a relevant lecturer directly.
